2. Are your designs officially licensed?
While our designs are inspired by popular Japanese culture, they are original creations crafted with love for those who appreciate Japanese heritage.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all our products are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or if you change your mind.
4. What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order has a manufacturing issue or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of receipt with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since each product is made to order, production and shipping times vary. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
6. What if I entered the wrong size or address?
Please double-check your details before placing an order, as we cannot issue refunds or reprints for sizing errors or incorrect addresses.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.
However, we are unable to ship to the following locations:
- North Korea
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ukraine
Shipping times and costs vary based on your location.
8. What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, we use mockups to showcase our designs. While the product images may not perfectly represent the exact garment you receive, rest assured that the final product will be of the highest quality and true to the design.
